Bonus Granted. The City hereby acknowledges that the Developer has met all required conditions to qualify for a Bonus for the Development. Therefore, pursuant to Article V, in addition to (_) Units calculated using the base residential density of ( ) units per acre on this acre site, Developer is granted a Bonus of ( ) Bonus Units, for a total density of ( ) units/acre, and the City authorizes the Developer to construct thereon, in the aggregate a maximum number of ( ) units on the Property, of which ( ) are Bonus Units which shall be sold or rented in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Article V. (The Bonus Units may also be referred to herein as “Workforce Units”). This grant of Bonus Units is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Therefore, pursuant to Article V, in addition to the unit(s) calculated using the base residential density of unit(s) per acre on this acre site, Developer is granted a Bonus of additional unit(s), and the City authorizes the Developer to construct thereon, in the aggregate a maximum number of unit(s) on the Property, of which is/are a Bonus Unit(s) which shall be sold or rented in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Article V. Bonus Unit(s) are designated for households at or below 80% AMI and Bonus Unit(s) are designated for households at or below 120% AMI. (The Bonus Unit(s) may also be referred to herein as “Workforce Unit(s)”). This grant of a Bonus Unit(s) is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Bonus Granted. The County hereby acknowledges, authorizes, and grants to Developer, to the maximum extent allowed under Section 125.01055(7) F.S., bonus density to construct the Development within the specifications provided in the RFA. The County agrees that it will not restrict the bonus density of Development authorized under this Agreement below twelve (12) dwelling units per acre, for a total Development density of twenty-two (22) dwelling units per acre.
Bonus Granted. CHATEAU has been and will continue to be instrumental in GREENHUNTER’s ability to understand and conduct business in the renewable industry in California and as an incentive bonus, GREENHUNTER shall pay $1,500,000, such consideration being paid in the form of 300,000 shares of common stock, par value $.001 per share (the Shares”) to CHATEAU no later than May 14, 2007.
