Common use of Bonus Options Clause in Contracts

Bonus Options. a. During the Employment Term, Xxxxxx shall be eligible to receive a bonus set by the Company’s Board of Directors in its sole discretion and based on such factors as the Board of Directors deems appropriate. All bonuses shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices, net of any applicable withholding. No bonus will be payable under this Section unless Xxxxxx is employed as of the date such bonus is paid.

Bonus Options. a. During the Employment Term, Xxxxxx shall be eligible to receive a bonus of up to thirty percent (30%) of his annual salary as set by the Company’s Board of Directors in its sole discretion and based on such factors as the Board of Directors deems appropriate. All bonuses shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices, net of any applicable withholding. No bonus will be payable under this Section unless Xxxxxx is employed as of the date such bonus is paid.

Bonus Options. a. During the Employment Term, Xxxxxx shall be eligible to receive a bonus set by the Company’s Board of Directors in its sole discretion and based on such factors as the Board of Directors deems appropriate, provided that any bonus for the 2009 calendar year will be pro-rated based upon the number of months that Xxxxxx served as an employee of the Company. All bonuses shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices, net of any applicable withholding. No bonus will be payable under this Section unless Xxxxxx is employed as of the date such bonus is paidawarded.
