Common use of Bonus Remuneration Clause in Contracts

Bonus Remuneration. The Executive will be entitled to receive bonus remuneration (“Bonus Remuneration”) in respect of each Year of Employment during the Employment Period, or any part thereof, as the Board, in its good faith discretion, may authorize in accordance with the terms of any management incentive compensation plan of the Corporation in effect from time to time. The Executive’s current Bonus Remuneration target is as set out in Schedule “A”.

Bonus Remuneration. The Executive will be entitled to receive bonus remuneration (“Bonus Remuneration”) remuneration, if any, in respect of each Year of Employment during the Employment Period, or any part thereof, as the Boardboard of directors of the Corporation, in its good faith sole discretion, may authorize in accordance with the terms of any management incentive compensation plan of the Corporation in effect from time to time. The Executive’s current Bonus Remuneration bonus target is as set out forth in Schedule “A”.

The Executive’s current Bonus Remuneration target is as set out terms of any management incentive compensation of the Corporation will be detailed to the Executive at the beginning of each fiscal year, in Schedule “A”the absence of which the plan in effect in the prior fiscal year will remain in place.
