Books Records Accounting and Reports. ‌ (a) The Issuer shall maintain, or cause to be maintained, in a manner customary and consistent with good accounting principles, practices and procedures, a comprehensive system of office records, books and accounts (which records, books and accounts shall be and remain the property of the Issuer) in which shall be entered fully and accurately each and every financial transaction with respect to the ownership and operation of the Issuer.
