Borescope Inspection. On each installed Engine an external visual inspection, accessory inventory check and video-taped borescope inspection in accordance with the requirements of the Maintenance Program shall be performed by Lessee or a designated representative as mutually agreed between Lessee and Lessor during the ground inspection per Section 7(a) of this Exhibit D-2 accompanied by a written report on the findings of such inspection herein and satisfactory evidence shall be provided to Lessor reflecting the correction of any discrepancies found during such inspection.
Borescope Inspection. Borescope Inspection. Without regard to any payment made or to be made pursuant to Section 1.8, the Engine shall pass a complete video-taped borescope inspection of all accessible Engine sections performed in accordance with the Manufacturer’s maintenance manual by Lessor or Lessor’s designated representative after the test cell performance run per Article 3.2 herein. Any discrepancies found during such inspection which exceed the Manufacturer’s maintenance manual allowable limits for unrestricted continued service (without special- or reduced-interval inspections), shall be corrected prior to Return by Lessee at Lessee’s sole expense.
Borescope Inspection. A full videotaped borescope inspection on all Engine and APU sections in accordance with manufacturer's specification shall be performed in the presence of a representative of Lessor at Lessee's expense at the time of the Aircraft's return, but prior to any parking pursuant to Section 9.17, and Lessee shall provide evidence satisfactory to Lessor that no discrepancies exist beyond the applicable shop repair limits of the manufacturer of the Engines including no abnormal repetitive inspection limits.
Borescope Inspection. After the acceptance flight referred to above and immediately prior to the delivery of the Aircraft, Lessor shall allow and support Lessee in an inspection of each magnetic chip detector and in performing a full video borescope inspection of each Engine (including but not limited to the hot, cold and combustor sections) and the APU. Lessee’s and Lessor’s representatives shall be entitled to observe. Such inspections shall be carried out by an agency accepted by and paid for by Lessee. Lessor shall arrange for any deficiencies noted by Lessee or such agency necessary for the delivery of the Aircraft in the condition required herein and any other deficiency exceeding Manufacturer’s tolerances and guidelines to be corrected and shall provide evidence satisfactory to Lessee of such correction.
Borescope Inspection. At the time of delivery, if Boeing and Customer mutually agree that the condition of an Aircraft requires borescope inspections, such inspection will be conducted in accordance with the relevant aircraft engine maintenance procedures. Borescope Inspection. Student shall be an employee of the Buyer, unless written approval received from GE prior to scheduling the training. The Customer Support Manager, in conjunction with appropriate GE Training representatives, will be available to conduct a review session with Buyer to schedule required training.

Borescope Inspection. Lessor shall have the right at Lessor’s expense immediately prior to return of the Aircraft to Lessor to carry out a video borescope inspection of the full gas path of the Engines and APU. Lessee shall at Lessee’s expense correct any watch items or unserviceable or reject conditions or defects found during such inspection that are not in compliance with manufacturer’s maintenance manual limits.
