Borrower Certification of Active Duty Sample Clauses

Borrower Certification of Active Duty. By requesting a Credit Card each borrower certifies to the Credit Union that borrower: (i) is a Covered member as a member of the Armed Forces who is currently serving on active duty (under a call or order not less than 30 days) Active Guard or Reserve duty; and (ii) borrower is the Covered Member or is a dependent of the Covered Member. Borrower(s) authorize the Credit Union to verify their status as a Covered Member or dependent by obtaining information from the database of the Department of Defense or from a consumer report obtained from a consumer reporting agency.
