Common use of Borrower Information Clause in Contracts

Borrower Information. It has adequate means to obtain from Borrower on a continuing basis information concerning the financial condition and assets of Borrower and it is not relying upon Administrative Agent or any Lender to provide (and neither the Administrative Agent nor any Lender shall have any duty to provide) any such information to it either now or in the future.
