Borrower Instruments. FFB shall have received from the Borrower the following instruments (such instruments being, collectively, the "Borrower Instruments"):
(a) an original counterpart of this Agreement, duly executed by the Borrower; and
(b) the original Bond, duly executed by the Borrower.
Borrower Instruments. FFB shall have received the following instruments in accordance with section 4.1 (such instruments being, collectively, the “Borrower Instruments”):
(a) an original counterpart of this Agreement, duly executed by the Borrower; and
(b) the original Note, with all of the blanks on page 1 of the Note filled in with information consistent with the information set out in the Designation Notice, and duly executed by the Borrower.
Borrower Instruments. FFB shall have received an Opinion of Borrower's Counsel re: Borrower Instruments.
Borrower Instruments. FFB shall have received the following instruments (such instruments being, collectively, the “Borrower Instruments”):
(a) an original counterpart of this Agreement, duly executed by the Borrower;
(b) the original Note No. 1, with all of the blanks on page 1 of Note No. 1 filled in with information consistent with the information set out in the respective Designation Notice, and duly executed by the Borrower; and
(c) the original Note No. 2, with all of the blanks on page 1 of Note No. 2 filled in with information consistent with the information set out in the respective Designation Notice, and duly executed by the Borrower.
