Borrower Liquidity Required Amount. The occurrence of the Trigger Event referred to in paragraph 1 (Liquidity Required Amount) of Part 1 (Trigger Events) of this Schedule 3 will be remedied if an Obligor provides the Borrower Security Trustee with documentation (including a certificate signed by two directors of the Obligor confirming what the Borrower Liquidity Required Amount is at the relevant time) evidencing the availability of Borrower Liquidity Facility and/or amounts standing to the credit of the Debt Service Reserve Accounts up to the Borrower Liquidity Required Amount.
