Common use of Bound to Trust Agreement Clause in Contracts

Bound to Trust Agreement. The Employer acknowledges that in carrying out the terms and provisions of this Agreement, it shall be bound by all the terms and provisions of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust, covering the Greater Metropolitan Hotel Employers-Employees Health and Welfare Fund and the Parties, by this Agreement incorporate by reference all the terms and provisions of said Agreement and Declaration of Trust as though fully set forth herein together with such amendments as may be made thereto.

Bound to Trust Agreement.
