Boxed and Bracketed Attachments. (a) Attacher may not place Attachments on opposing sides of a Pole (“Boxed Attachments”) unless Pole Owner provides specific written permission. (b) If Attacher has exhausted all possibilities of attaching to the road side of the Pole, within the Attachment Space, it may attach to the field side of the Pole only with Pole Owner’s specific written permission. (c) Attacher may not utilize extension arms (“Bracketed Attachments”) to attach facilities unless Pole Owner provides specific written permission.

  • Description of Goods The description of each good in Box7 must include the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS) subheading at the 6-digit level of the exported product, and if applicable, product name and brand name. This information should be sufficiently detailed to enable the products to be identified by the customs officer examining them.
