Boycott of Israel. The State of Georgia, pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-5-85, is prohibited from entering into contracts related to construction, services, supplies, or information technology with an individual or company that is engaged or intends to engage in a boycott of Israel. Specifically, O.C.G.A. § 50-5-85(b). Therefore, must provide certification that it is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of this agreement not to engage in, a boycott of Israel, as defined in O.C.G.A. 50-5-85.
