Braking System. We will provide a portable braking system to you as part of the goods. The towing vehicle will need a 7 pin flat or round socket fitted and must be in good working order. This must be used when towing our Caravans or Camper Trailers at all times. All indicators and brake lights on the goods must be operational prior to their leaving our premises. We will not be responsible if the towing vehicle does not comply with these requirements and in the case of non-compliance you may, in our discretion, be deemed a 'No Show'.

Anti-skid anti brake locking system (ABS), complying a CMVR requirement with non-asbestos type friction material having temperature and wear characteristics necessary for urban driving cycle shall be provided. The buses shall also be provided with hand operated pneumatic flick valve type parking brakes at rear wheels. The air pressure line shall be treated for corrosion resistance.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades.

  • Upgrades If this copy of the Software is an upgrade from an earlier version of the Software, it is provided to you on a license exchange basis.
