BREACH AND INSOLVENCY. 16.1 Should either Party fail to remedy any Non-performance within 7 (seven days) or any other breach of contract within 14 (fourteen) days of a written request by the other Party to do so, then in such event the aggrieved Party may, without prejudice to any of its rights in terms of the Agreement or in law, cancel the Agreement by written notice with immediate effect, with or without claiming damages.
