Late Cancellation Fees. If, in relation to any Specified Event, the Client cancels the Hospitality Facility for any reason within 14 days prior to the date of the Specified Event Date the Client shall be liable to pay to the Club a late cancellation charge calculated in accordance with the table below: Date of Cancellation Late Cancellation Charge Between 14 and 28 days prior the Specified Date 50% of the Payment Less than 14 days prior to the Specified Event Date 100% of the Payment

  • Cancellation Fees 7.1 There is no refund for late pick up or early return of the Vehicle.
