Termination of an Order. 6.3.1 If the Authority wishes to terminate an Order or part of it or the Service User no longer wishes to receive the Services set out in the Order then the Authority shall give the Provider at least fourteen days notice in respect of Community Outreach and Day Services and twenty eight days in respect of Accommodation based support in writing of the termination of the Order or part of it or such other period as may be agreed between them.   • Termination – Orderly After receipt of a termination notice from the County of Orange, the Contractor may submit to the County a termination claim, if applicable.
