Breach of Article 7. Receiving Party acknowledges and agrees that, in the event of any breach of this Article 7, Disclosing Party may be irreparably and immediately harmed and may not be made whole by monetary damages alone. Accordingly, it is agreed that, in addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled at law or in equity, Disclosing Party shall be entitled to seek in a court of competent jurisdiction restraining orders and/or an injunction or injunctions (without the posting of any bond and without proof of actual damages) to prevent breaches and/or compel specific performance of this section.
Breach of Article 7. Seller acknowledges that any breach of this Article 7 may cause damages to Buyer that cannot be measured or compensated adequately and agrees that such breach may cause Buyer irreparable harm, for which injunctive relief may be the only appropriate remedy. In the event of any breach of any provision of this Article 7, without limiting its other rights or remedies relating hereto, the non-breaching Party will be entitled to seek a temporary restraining order, injunction and other equitable relief restraining such breaching Party from committing or continuing such breach.
