Breach of Terms and Conditions. In case of breach of any terms and conditions as mentioned in NIT, the Competent Authority, will have the right to cancel the work order/ job without assigning any reason thereof and nothing will be payable by AIIMS, Jodhpur in that event the security deposit shall also stands forfeited.
