26.1.1 Where an employee becomes entitled to weekly compensation payments pursuant to the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (the Act), the employer will pay to the employee an amount equivalent to the difference between:
26.1.1 (a)the level of weekly compensation and any weekly wages earned or able to be earned if partially incapacitated, and

9.1.1 Suitable material sheets and/or coloured glasses must be provided by the company for the protection of employees working at oxy-acetylene or electric arc welding.
9.1.2 Where electric arc operators are working, suitable screens must be provided in order to protect employees from flash.
9.1.3 The company must provide gas masks for employees engaged upon work where gas is present.
9.1.4 Employees working in tuberculosis hospitals and homes will, if they so request, be X-rayed, at the company's expense and in the company's time, on termination of employment at such tuberculosis hospital or home or each 6 months, whichever is sooner.
9.1.5 An employee will not raise or lower a swinging scaffold (other than a xxxxx's chair) alone and the company will not require a employee to raise or lower a swinging scaffold alone.
9.1.6 An employee will not be required to carry materials, the property of the company, from job to job. Clause 9.

35.1 The parties to this agreement recognise the importance of Health and Safety and the benefits of an accident-free workplace. The Employer, with the assistance of its employees, will maintain a high standard of occupational health and safety, and shall abide by the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
35.2 A First Aid kit shall be provided by the employer in accordance with legislative requirements.
