Breakages. The Licensee must, immediately at the Licensee's expense, make good any breakage defect or damage to the Premises (including but not limited to broken glass) or to any adjoining premises or to any facility or appurtenance of the Licensor occasioned by want of care, misuse or abuse on the part of the Licensee or the Licensor's other Licensees occupants occupiers or other persons claiming through or under the Licensee or otherwise occasioned by any breach or default of the Licensee hereunder.
