Breakdown Notice. Contractor shall notify Judicial Council within twenty-four (24) hours following Contractor’s discovery of (i) any material malfunction in the operation of the System or (ii) an interruption in the supply of electrical energy from the System. Judicial Council and Contractor shall each designate personnel and establish procedures such that each Party may provide notice of such conditions requiring Contractor’s repair or alteration at all times, 24 hours per day, including weekends and holidays. Judicial Council shall notify Contractor immediately upon the discovery of an emergency condition affecting the System.
