Common use of BRI Collection and Refund Clause in Contracts

BRI Collection and Refund. subject to section 1.1.6 of this Schedule 1, BRI will collect, at BRI’s cost, all empty Program Containers and Secondary Packaging from EBDs and will refund to EBDs the full Deposits, in accordance with BRI’s usual and customary practice.
