Common use of Bridge Painters Clause in Contracts

Bridge Painters. A premium of thirty-five cents (35¢) per hour shall be paid to Bridge Painters when they are working over the sides or under the decks of bridges maintained by the City, or for working in closed columns, boxes and expansion joints. For purposes of this clause, 'bridges' refers to the Burrard, Cambie, First Avenue, Georgia and Dunsmuir Viaduct, Granville and Hastings Viaduct bridges, and the Xxxxxx Street Overpass.
