Common use of Bridge Summary Sheet Clause in Contracts

Bridge Summary Sheet. (Off-System Only). The Engineer shall complete this form for all Off- System bridges. For NBI Items 58, 59, 60, and 62, the Engineer shall summarize components’ load ratings and condition ratings. The Engineer shall summarize previously recommended, observed, and currently recommended load posting signs and weights, and if applicable, materials needed to properly load post the bridge. The Engineer shall document the condition, location, and number of all load posting signs in place on the date of inspection, including advance signs. The Engineer shall ensure- that these signs appear and are legible in the photographs required in Section 15.f, Load Posting Signs.
