Common use of BROADCAST AND REBROADCAST CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

BROADCAST AND REBROADCAST CONDITIONS. In accepting any assignment to teach a telecommunications course, the teacher assigned agrees to and acknowledges the following: 1. A telecommunications class may be televised for demonstration purposes with the knowledge and consent of the presenting teacher. 2. Videotapes of a telecommunications class may be used for makeup work for all students currently enrolled in that telecommunications class. Videotapes may be used for other purposes with prior knowledge and consent of the teacher. Teachers may use such tapes with prior knowledge and consent of the Board or its designee. 3. Videotapes of telecommunications classes are the property of the originating site district. 4. All instructional presentations for which teachers are paid to create and produce, may be copyrighted by, and are the sole property of, the designated originating site district. 5. K.I.D.S. shall not be used to replace teachers involved in a labor dispute.
