BROCADE. McDATA acknowledges and agrees that BROCADE is and shall remain the sole owner of the BROCADE Patents and the BROCADE Know-how and that McDATA has no rights in or to the BROCADE Patents or the BROCADE Know-how other than the license set forth herein.
