Broker Agreements. Upon reasonable request, XXXX agrees to provide a broker rep letter addressing the manner of sale requirement of Rule 144. JPMS will not conduct any sale under this Plan to the extent Issuer or a Seller has provided a reasonable notice that the Issuer is not in compliance with the reporting requirements referred to in Rule 144(c)(1).
Broker Agreements. New Broker Agreements shall be entered into by the Company and a Broker in the form contained in Appendix B. Such Broker Agreements are hereby confirmed and shall each be deemed to be part of this Agreement with respect to the signatory Broker, subject to amendments in writing agreed between the Broker, the Union and the Company.
Broker Agreements. Except as set forth on Schedule 6.8 hereto, neither the Buyer nor any Affiliate of the Buyer has employed or is subject to any valid claim of any broker, finder, consultant or other intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement who would be entitled to any commission or broker's or finder's fee in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Lake District will not enter into any agreement to pay leasing commissions unless such agreement (a) provides that the obligation to pay such commissions will not be enforceable against any party other than the party who entered into such agreement, (b) is subordinate to the Security Instrument, and (c) is not enforceable against Lender. Lake District will deliver copies of each such agreement to Lender together with evidence reasonably satisfactory to Lender that the foregoing conditions have been satisfied.
Broker Agreements. REALTOR® agrees to make diligent and continued efforts to sell the Property until a sales contract is pending on the Property. Owner authorizes REALTOR® to: (a) process the property through the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port Association of REALTORS® (the association) Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”), and to offer cooperation with and compensation to participants of MLS including but not limited to participants acting as agents of buyers; (b) advertise the propertyas the REALTOR® deems advisable (which may include the Internet); (c) furnish information requested by any member of the Association or other licensed real estate broker.
Broker Agreements. Set forth in Schedule 2.14(c) is a list and description of all presently effective agreements (written or oral) between the Company and any broker with respect to the Business. In addition, Seller has made available for review and inspection by Buyer additional samples of Broker Agreements as requested by Buyer.
