Late Freight Compensation. When incoming mail is late and the Brokers are required by the Supervisor to perform functions normally performed by the Sorter, or in any other circumstances where the Brokers are required by the Supervisor to perform functions normally performed by the Sorter, they shall be paid at the highest Courier rate while sorting in addition to any other remuneration. Product to be delivered to Customers will be sorted to the Brokers’ route subject to the above. When air material arrives late to the branch after an initial period of thirty (30) minutes, Brokers will be paid at the top courier rate while waiting for their freight provided they attend the worksite at the prescribed time.
