Broker as Attorney of Client. The Client irrevocably appoints the Broker as the Client’s attorney and in the Client’s name or on the Client’s behalf to take all actions and execute all documents and deeds which the Broker thinks necessary or prudent in order to effect or complete any Transaction made by the Broker in order to protect, preserve or realize any or all of the Securities or in order to enforce or prosecute any rights which the Client or the Broker may enjoy in respect of the Securities.
