Broker Cooperation. If Owner executes a listing agreement or brokerage agreement for the sale or financing of the Property, Manager shall cooperate with Owner and the broker or principal related to such activities provided that such activity shall not interfere with the operation of the Property or its use by tenants and occupants.

In the event that any employee of Seller serves as a “broker of record” for any Acquired Company in accordance with the preceding sentence, Purchaser will use commercially reasonable efforts to institute a replacement “broker of record” for such Acquired Company in such state as promptly as practicable.

BROKER hereby advises SELLER, that BROKER will offer the following compensation on the Multiple Listing Service to cooperating licensees for procuring a buyer, on behalf of the SELLER at SELLER'S expense (only one real estate agent will be paid, ie offering 2% to a buyer agent and 2% to a facilitator agent will total 2%). Compensation is not paid when a sale occurs without an agent. Buyer Agent Compensation:
Broker Cooperation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Issuer shall take all reasonable and necessary actions to cooperate with brokers engaged by an Apollo Principal Holder or an applicable Participant (or member of each such party’s Group) to facilitate the settlement of an exchange of AOG Units and related disposition of Class A Shares in a manner consistent with this Agreement and applicable Law, including cooperating directly with such broker and providing any certifications to the applicable broker as the broker deems necessary or appropriate to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations or reasonable internal policies.
Broker Cooperation. Lessee has engaged Nevada Brokers, Inc. to market the Phase I Premises for Assignment. Lessee shall cooperate in the execution of all documents and performance of any other acts reasonably requested by Xxxxxxx X or Xxxxxxx XXX, at no expense to Lessee, in connection with the Phase I Lease and Assignment of the Phase I Lease.
