OTHER BROKERS. Buyer and Seller agree that, in the event any broker other than Agent or a broker affiliated with Agent is involved in the disposition of the Property, Agent shall have no liability to Buyer or Seller for the acts or omissions of such other broker, who shall not be deemed to be a subagent of Agent.
OTHER BROKERS. Both Landlord and Tenant represent and warrant to the other party that they have had no dealings with any person, firm or agent in the negotiation of this Lease other than the Broker(s) named in this Lease, and no other broker, agent, person, firm or entity other than the Broker(s) is entitled to any commission or fee in connection with this Lease.
OTHER BROKERS. The Company expressly acknowledges that the Leasing Agent may cooperate with other real estate brokers (each a “Cooperating Broker”) in discharging and performing the duties and obligations of the Leasing Agent set forth in this Leasing Agreement, and that the Leasing Agent may pay such Cooperating Brokers a leasing fee for services in leasing the Properties provided by such Cooperating Brokers.
OTHER BROKERS. If, within sixty (60) days after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Owner enters into a written listing agreement or owner-agency agreement with a licensed real estate broker other than Broker concerning the Property, then Owner shall provide to Owner's new broker the names of the Registered Persons and shall provide in such new agreement that the new broker shall not be entitled to receive any of the compensation payable to Broker hereunder for the consummation of a Transaction or Alternative Transaction with a Registered Person. However, if Seller employs another real estate firm as exclusive agent for marketing the Property after expiration of this Listing Agreement, Seller shall pay only one professional fee, and that to the currently employed real estate firm.
OTHER BROKERS. Tenant agrees to hold Landlord harmless from any cost, expenses or liability for any compensation, commission or other charges claimed by any realtor, broker or agent other than Landlord’s representative.
OTHER BROKERS. BROKER may make offers of subagency, cooperation, and/or compensation to other brokers so that the Property will receive maximum exposure. OWNER authorizes BROKER to cooperate and share its commission with other brokers, including brokers representing the tenant, sub-agents, and transaction brokers. OWNER understands and acknowledges that the broker, if any, representing the tenant may represent solely the interest of such tenant, even if compensated by BROKER. BROKER is authorized to show the Property to prospective tenants whom BROKER represents and to arrange showings of the Property to prospective tenants represented by their own brokers or agents. Compensation to any cooperating broker shall be due and payable only upon receipt of the commission fee by BROKER.
OTHER BROKERS. Seller and Purchaser each represent and warrant to the other party that such party has had no dealings with any person, firm, agent or finder in connection with the negotiation of this Contract and/or the consummation of the purchase and sale contemplated herein, other than the Broker(s) named in this Contract, and no real estate broker, agent, attorney, person, firm or entity, other than the Broker(s) is entitled to any commission or finder's fee in connection with this transaction as the result of any dealings or acts of either Seller or Purchaser. Each party hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold the other party harmless from and against any costs, expenses or liability for compensation, commission, fee, or charges which may be claimed by any agent, finder or other similar party, other than the named Brokxx(x), by reason of any dealings or acts of the indemnifying party.
OTHER BROKERS. You may put the listing and other data into the MLS. You and other MLS members may use this information to make market studies, give service to the public and advise clients or customers. You may work with and share your commission with other brokers to market the property.
OTHER BROKERS. Seller and Purchaser each represent to the other that they have had no dealings with any person, firm, agent or finder in connection with the negotiation of this Contract or the consummation of the purchase and sale contemplated by this Contract, other than the Brokers named in this Contract, and no real estate broker, agent, attorney, person, firm or entity, other than the Brokers, is entitled to any commission or finder’s fee in connection with this transaction as the result of any dealings or acts of the representing party. Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the other party harmless from and against any costs, expenses or liability for any compensation, commission, fee, or charges that may be claimed by any agent, finder or other similar party, other than the Brokers, by reason of any dealings or acts of the indemnifying party.
OTHER BROKERS. Buyer and Seller agree that, in the event any broker, other than the Listing Broker (as defined in Paragraph 36 herein) or a broker affiliated with the Listing Broker, is involved in the disposition of the Property, Listing Broker shall have no liability to Buyer, Seller or other person or entity, for the acts or omissions of such other broker, who shall not be deemed to be a subagent of Listing Broker.
