Brokers and Finders, etc. None of Seller, Holdings, nor the Company, nor any of their respective officers, directors or employees, nor any of their Affiliates, has employed any broker, agent or finder, or incurred any liability for any brokerage fees, commissions or finders' fees in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
