Common use of Brokers and Intermediaries Clause in Contracts

Brokers and Intermediaries. Except as set forth on Schedule 6.6, the Buyer has not employed any broker, finder, advisor or intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Stockholders Agreement which would be entitled to a broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or commission in connection therewith or upon the consummation thereof.

Brokers and Intermediaries. Except as set forth on in Schedule 6.64.1(y), neither the Buyer Company nor any Seller has not employed any broker, finder, advisor or intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Stockholders Agreement which would be entitled to a broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or commission in connection therewith or upon the consummation thereof.

Brokers and Intermediaries. Except as set forth on Schedule 6.64.2(f), the Buyer Purchaser has not employed any broker, finder, advisor or intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Stockholders Agreement which would be entitled to a broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or commission in connection therewith or upon the consummation thereof.
