Budget Adjustments. a. Contractor agrees to adhere to the budget included herein. Notwithstanding the above, Contractor may submit requests for budget adjustments to reallocate funds contained in Exhibit “B.” Requests must be submitted in advance, in writing and include showing of good cause that advances the overall purpose of the Agreement.
