Budget Adjustments. 1. Budget adjustments consist of a change within the proposed budget that does not amend the total amount of the grant and they must be consistent with the Allowable Costs as defined by PHC. Grantee is permitted to adjust the budget as long as Grantee provides an accounting of how the funds were expended, including any adjustments to the budget, with the Final Financial Report. 2. All requests for extending the grant period shall be submitted in writing to PHC for approval. Requests for a time extension must be made to PHC no later than August 15 of the final year of the grant term. There shall be no request for reimbursement of costs for activities conducted after the expiration of the Agreement Term without an approved no cost time extension.
