Budget and Minimum Cash Balance Allocations. The approved budget, budget amendments, and the Minimum Cash Balance shall be calculated annually with the annual calculation allocated among the Parties in accordance with Exhibit B, which is incorporated herein by this reference. The approved budget, as amended, and the Minimum Cash Balance shall be invoiced by the Finance Agent as provided for in Section 6.
