Common use of Budget Contract Amendments Clause in Contracts

Budget Contract Amendments. A contract amendment between both parties is required for any budget changes not covered in Section D above. This includes any major category or detailed line item description changes to the approved Service Budget and Budget Narrative as outlined below: • Adding and deleting a major category budget or detailed line item. • Line item adjustments that exceed a cumulative amount of 10%. • Decrease/increase to the total annual budget award or the total Agreement award for all budget years. • Any word for word changes to the written budget narrative or budget cost detail. (Note: ALL changes must be made in bold.)
