Budget Modifications Initiated by the Manager. The Manager may submit to Authority at any time prior to the close of a Fiscal Year a supplemental or revised annual operating budget for the Facilities or monthly cash flow budget for the Facilities, for such Fiscal Year. Upon the approval of the Authority of such supplemental or revised budgets (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), the Approved Budgets, for such Fiscal Year shall be deemed amended to incorporate such supplemental or revised budget. The Approved Budgets may only be amended as set forth in Section 5.5 below or in the two preceding sentences except that the Manager shall have the right to amend the Approved Budgets as may be necessary or appropriate as the result of the scheduling by the Manager of additional events or activities at the Facilities (and the incurrence of additional Operating Expenses arising from the scheduling of additional events or activities at the Facilities as long as prior to the scheduling of such additional events or activities, the Manager had a good faith belief that the projected Net Operating Loss for the Fiscal Year as set forth in the Approved Budgets would not be increased as a result of such additional events or activities).

  • Budget Modifications The total Approved Budget and the assignment of costs may be adjusted based on implementation of the Scope of Work, spending patterns, and unexpended funds, but only by an amendment to the Approved Budget. In no event shall an amendment to the Approved Budget result in payments in excess of the aggregate amount specified in Section 2.01 “Award of Monies” or in approved supplemental funding for the Project, if any. The RECIPIENT may make transfers between or among lines within budget categories without prior written approval provided that:

  • Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Bank’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

  • Review by the World Bank of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the World Bank’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the World Bank.

  • Modification by the Parties The Parties may by mutual agreement amend the Appendices to this Agreement, by a written instrument duly executed by all three of the Parties. Such an amendment shall become effective and a part of this Agreement upon satisfaction of all Applicable Laws and Regulations.

  • Construction With Other Parts Of The Tariff This ISA shall not be construed as an application for service under Part II or Part III of the Tariff.

  • Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Association’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

  • Contract Suspension and Modification (a) Contracting Officer may, by written order, delay or interrupt authorized operations under this contract or, notwithstanding B8.3, modify this contract, in whole or in part:

  • Termination for Convenience by The District The District may terminate this Agreement for convenience, for any reason or no reason at all, on fourteen (14) days advance written notice to Contractor. This advance written notice shall be deemed to have been given on the date the notice is sent by the District to the address for written notices provided below by hand delivery, U.S. Mail, commercial delivery service, such as Fed Ex or UPS, or fax. If this Agreement is so terminated, then the District shall only pay Contractor for goods and/or services provided by Contractor and accepted by the District up to, through, and including the date of termination. Following the termination of this Agreement under this Section, the parties’ duties to one another shall cease except for those obligations that shall survive the termination of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the District’s payment obligations for goods and/or services accepted by the District before the date of termination, and the Contractor’s duties to insure and/or indemnify the District and to cooperate with any audit. Termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section shall not limit either of the parties’ remedies for any breach of this Agreement.

  • Maintenance by the Manager Throughout the Term the Manager will inspect, maintain, repair and replace elements of the Residence in order to keep the Residence in a good condition and state of repair, complying with health, safety and fire standards required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, inspecting and testing fire safety equipment, major appliances, electrical, bathroom fixtures and plumbing.

  • Amendments/Modifications This Agreement may not be modified, altered or amended except by an agreement in writing executed by all of the parties hereto.
