Budget of Project Costs. 10.1.3.1 At each stage of plan review indicated above, Developer will update and refine the budget of the Guaranteed Maximum Price based on the most recent set of design documents. Developer shall also advise the District and the Architect if it appears that the total construction costs may exceed the Guaranteed Maximum Price established by the District and shall make recommendations for corrective action.
