Common use of Budgetary Limitations Clause in Contracts

Budgetary Limitations. Consultant agrees and acknowledges that budgetary limitations are not a justification for breach of sound principals of Consultant’s profession and industry. Consultant shall take no calculated risk in the performance of the Work. Specifically, Consultant agrees that, in the event it cannot perform the Work within the budgetary limitations established without disregarding sound principals of Consultant’s profession and industry, Consultant will give written notice immediately to the County.
