Common use of Builder’s Risk “All Risk” Insurance Clause in Contracts

Builder’s Risk “All Risk” Insurance. The Contractor shall secure and maintain during the life of this Contract Builder’s Risk All Risk Insurance coverage for 100% of the Contract Price. This insurance shall not exclude coverage for earthquake, landslide, tornado, flood, collapse, or loss due to the result of faulty workmanship. Such insurance shall also provide for any damages caused by injury to, or destruction of, tangible property, including loss of use resulting therefrom, and shall pay all losses to the Contractor and the City as their interest may appear.
