Common use of Builder’s Risk Insurance Clause in Contracts

Builder’s Risk Insurance. Tenant shall, prior to the commencement of and during the construction of any restoration, renovation or alteration to the Leased Property, provide and keep in full force and effect builders' risk insurance.
