Common use of Building Improvement Plan Clause in Contracts

Building Improvement Plan. (a) If the Initial Business Plan and the Initial Operational Plan, or a Business Plan and Operational Plan (all as defined in the Sports and Leisure Management and Funding Agreement) in either case approved pursuant to clause 7 of the Sports and Leisure Management and Funding Agreement, include an Investment Plan (as defined in the Sports and Leisure Management and Funding Agreement) then if that Investment Plan includes Building Improvement Works, then the provisions of Appendix 3 will apply to the carrying out of such Building Improvement Works by the Tenant. (b) Following practical completion of Building Improvement Works, the definition of Premises contained in this lease shall henceforth be read and construed to reflect and include such Building Improvement Works carried out to the Premises and the Schedule of Condition will be revised accordingly.
