AND APPROVALS Except for those permits and fees related to the Work which are the responsibility of the Contractor pursuant to Paragraph 3.16, the Owner shall secure and pay for all other permits, approvals, easements, assessments and fees required for the development, construction, use or occupancy of permanent structures or for permanent changes in existing facilities, including the building permit.
