Basic City Services. The City agrees to provide, at a minimum, the same level of City services to the properties located within the improvement district that existed prior to the establishment and subsequent renewals of the improvement district, as more fully defined in Exhibit B. The City also agrees that the level of urban services provided to the District will not be decreased as a result of the enhanced level of services provided through the Special Assessments; provided, however, the level of urban services may be decreased for other reasons that include, without limitation, budgeting and decreases in funding which are applied equitably to all property within the City. The City agrees that each department shall use reasonable efforts to notify CDA in advance concerning any proposed decrease, increase, extension, or augmentation in City services. The City and CDA further agree to work cooperatively to maximize the efficacy of all City services and general BID operations.

Basic City Services. Park City will provide the following City Services to KAC at no cost after KAC meets all financial obligations as outlined in Section E of this agreement: 1. KAC shall be entitled to a waiver of the following fees and not to exceed $180,000 annually: a. Special Event Application Fee (estimated at $1,038) b. Building Permit fee and inspection fees for all tents and temporary structures (estimated at $1,900) c. Removal of Parking on Main Street, Swede Alley, Xxx Xxxxx Plaza, Flagpole Parking Lot, Upper Level of China Bridge, Lower Level of China Bridge and Brew Pub Parking Lot for operations and artist parking (estimated cost $46,000) d. Transit Department fees (labor and operational costs (estimated at $25,000). All extended service must be part of existing transit routes and be deemed necessary by Park City Transportation Department. KAC to be involved in these discussions if additional resources are deemed necessary. e. Building Maintenance for items such as additional restroom cleanings (estimated at $3,000). x. Xxxxx Department for street banner installation (does not include banner costs) estimated at $3,000.

Due to the daily high volume of citizens in this area, Team 9 deploys a variety of resources to include foot patrol, bicycle patrol, traffic diversion and/or road closures and the use of the City’s safety and security camera system. ● Grounds maintenance (sidewalk litter abatement & litter basket service; pressure washing sidewalks as needed); schedule as follows: 1st shift 7am -3 pm Everyday 2nd Shift 3pm – 11pm Off Sunday and Monday 3rd shift 11pm -7am Off Mon and Tues ● Garbage & Trash Pickup 7 days/week. Recycling is done by Charleston County. • Responsible for the maintenance of over 1,650 parking meters

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.
