BUILDING PERMIT RESTRICTIONS. The Developer agrees it shall be estopped from asserting that this Agreement, the City’s approval of construction plans or the City’s issuance of any type of permit for construction of the Improvements in any way, constitutes an approval of building permit allocations or building permits.
