Building Resolution Process. The Building Principal shall attempt to resolve complaints by a parent of a student directed toward a teacher. Before any such complaint is placed in the teacher's file, the complaint shall be investigated by an Administrator who shall attach a statement to the complaint noting the results of the investigation.
