Common use of Buildings and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Buildings and Equipment. The buildings, machinery and equipment owned or used by DCI are adequate for the conduct of DCI's business as such business presently is conducted and are in normal operating condition and repair, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and free from any known defects except such minor defects as do substantially interfere with the continued use thereof in the conduct of normal operations.
