Common use of Buildings and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Buildings and Equipment. Except as set forth in the First Federal Disclosure Schedule: (a) the Buildings and the Equipment of First Federal and any First Federal Subsidiary are in good operating condition and repair, reasonable wear and tear excepted; (b) are adequately insured for the nature of First Federal’s business with the self-insured retentions specified on the First Federal Disclosure Schedule; (c) such assets and their use conform in all material respects to applicable Laws; and (d) no notice of any violation of any building, zoning or other Law relating to such assets or their use has been received by First Federal or any First Federal Subsidiary.
