In the event that the Optionee abandons the working right and Option granted to it herein, all buildings, plant, equipment, machinery, tools, appliances and supplies which the Optionee may have brought onto the Property, either before or during the period of the working right and Option, may be removed by the Optionee at any time not later than nine (9) months after the abandonment of the working right and Option.
